Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field required.
12 months of experience required.

Job Description:

Generation of Control Panel Design Drawings including Panel Layout Drawings, Electrical Wiring Diagrams, and I/O Module Wiring Diagrams.  Development of design specifications for Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, Process Flow Diagrams, and Loop Diagrams for assigned project.
Development of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Topology Designs, Network Designs, and Fiber Optics Design Drawings. Development of Process Control Philosophies & Operations Manual, Instrument Indexes, and ISA Data Sheets for assigned project.
Development of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) program coding and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems using object oriented technologies. Pipe sizing and design of custom mechanical support structures for various hardware and enclosures for control panels.  Use of fluid and heat transfer principles to analyze and guide in the proper selection/specification of process pumps and control valves for optimum performance for intended processing and manufacturing plants applications.
